The VERSACOUNT II+ is our latest Parts Counter that can operate with surface mount devices, as well as axial and radial taped components with very little transition time.

V-TEK's VERSACOUNT II+ can be programmed to count a specific number of parts. When programmed to do so, it will detect empty pockets and display the actual number of parts along with the number of empty pockets (EPD optional).

No parts counter is right for the job if it is not accurate. The VERSACOUNT II+ provides a 100% accurate count whether going forward or backward.

Bi-directional counting from 2 mm pitch up to 104 mm pitch

User friendly operator interface

Works with standard SMD carrier tape widths from 8 mm to 120 mm

Accepts standard axial and radial reel diameters as well as 7" and 13" SMD reel diameters with standard arms. Optional riser allows use of 22" reels

Can be programmed to count a specific number of parts

Optional EPD Features

	Stops on programmed number of consecutive empty pockets
	Optional EPD works with black embossed tape from 4 mm to 104 mm pitch and clear embossed tape from 8 mm to 104 mm pitch
