V-TEK’s surface mount capabilities cover all ranges
of components. We have
the flexibility to process your components into embossed
carrier or paper
tape. This allows our customer base one location for their
requirements.
Automated
Automated machines allow multiple tasks to be performed
during the taping
process, such as electrical testing, orientation and component
integrity.
Components can be fed from a vibratory bowl, tube feeder
or
picked from a waffle tray.
Vision Inspection
V-TEK performs 100 percent inspection on all orders. In-tape
vision
systems are available.
Testing
V-TEK can perform electrical tests such as functionality,
bin sort, and correct orientation.
