Manual SMD Tape and Reel Processing

Using V-TEK equipment, we load your components into embossed carrier or paper tape. Because we can process all ranges of components, you benefit from using one location for all your requirements.

Automated Processing

Automated machines allow multiple tasks to be performed during the taping process; such as electrical testing, orientation and component integrity. Components can be fed from a vibratory bowl or tube feeders,or picked from waffle trays.

Vision Inspection

We perform 100 percent inspection on all orders. In-tape vision inspection is available.

Testing

We can perform electrical tests such as functionality, bin sort and correct orientation.
